ISY-99i series are the most affordable and flexible standalone home automation solution for any INSTEON/X10 installations with optional support for up to 1024 devices/scenes. Whether
you are a DIYer, an electrician, or a home automation integrator you will enjoy the ease with which the once tedius task of programming INSTEON devices is
accomplished:
- Link your devices to ISY
- You can either link your devices by address, Or
- You can link them the old fashioned way using the Set button (this is done only once)
- If you have an existing installation, let ISY crawl your INSTEON network for you
- ISY can crawl your existing INSTEON network and automatically add new devices found therein with the option
of removing or keeping the links between devices
- Create your scenes
- Simply drag and drop your devices into your desired scenes
- Assign the role for each device in the scene: Controller or Responder
- Adjust the on level/ramp rate for each controller as well as the scene itself
- Take advantage of the optional IR input capabilities
- Control all your INSTEON/X10 devices with any Universal Remote (RC5)
- ISY-99i Series share all of the same great features as of Intelligent System Series
The strength of ISY as a home automation controller is its ability to configure and program INSTEON devices using INSTEON's native protocols and specifications. In this
respect, then, in the unlikely event of ISY failure, INSTEON devices will continue to perform as they were programmed to.
