Want to start fresh with the latest OS and software on your eisy? It’s easy! All you need is this USB stick, an HDMI monitor, and a USB keyboard.

Steps:

1. Back up your settings: In case you don’t want to start fresh, save your IoX and PG3 plugins in case you do not want

2. Turn off eisy: Press and hold the power button until it shuts down (the light turns red).

3. Plug in the USB stick: Insert the included adapter into one of your eisy’s USB ports on the side.

4. Connect monitor and keyboard: Plug both into your eisy. HDMI connector is on the back.

5. Power it on: Plug the power cable back in.

6. Enter boot menu: Quickly tap the F7 key until you see boot options on the screen.

7. Select the USB stick: Choose the adapter from the list (usually Orico).

8. Automatic update: The latest OS and software will install automatically and eisy will turn off.

9. Remove the USB stick: Unplug the adapter.

10. Restart eisy: Click the power button (the light turns blue).

11. Upgrade Packages: Although unlikely, but in order to make sure you have the latest packages, go to the Admin Console | Configuration tab and click on Upgrade Packages. Wait for Completion or Reboot.

12. Restore your settings: Optionally, use your existing backups to get everything back just the way it was.
