Polisy is entering a new phase of its lifecycle. We will continue to provide support, bug fixes, and maintenance updates for the current operating system (14.3); however, future major OS upgrades and new platform-level features will be focused on eisy series.

What Does it Mean?

Not much changes. Polisy will continue to be supported and receive bug fixes and maintenance updates for its current operating system (14.3).

That said, future major OS upgrades and new platform-level features will be introduced on the eisy series. If you’re interested in the latest capabilities and long-term platform evolution, upgrading to eisy is the recommended path, especially given the generous discount outlined below. There is no urgency to upgrade if your current system is working well.

• If you are using the DB9 connector to connect to your PLM, you will need the Serial PLM Kit

• If you are using the internal ZMatter dongle, you will need the ZMatter USB Enclosure

• The rest is simply back up Polisy and restore on eisy
