A New Era Begins: eisy-ui Is Here!
For over a decade, our community has asked for a modern alternative to the Java-based Admin Console. With eisy-ui, we’re delivering just that: a clean, browser-based interface that’s simpler, more accessible, and built to evolve with you.
eisy-ui brings devices, plugins, programs, settings, including your ISY Portal account, together under one unified umbrella, making management more intuitive than ever. You can even customize the home screen to your heart’s desire, so the things you care about most are always front and center.
Although not yet a full replacement for the Java Admin Console, but it already has the essentials, and your feedback will guide its evolution.
Explore the current features and what’s coming next in our eisy-ui wiki.

Sounds nice. What about Polisy users? OS 14.3 is Mac; What about Windows 7/10/11?
September 21, 2025 @ 6:39 am
POLISY users also?
September 21, 2025 @ 6:39 am
Hi Christopher,
Due to lack of resources (RAM) in Polisy causing unreliable operations, support is experimental and manual.

Hi Paul, please see the previous post. We are trying to see if there’s a way to support both many plugins + eisy-ui.

What about Windows 10/11?
September 21, 2025 @ 11:59 am
What about X10? I still have one X10 device that is important to a select set of the functions in my system.

Hi Donald.
Whatever is supported on 994 is also supported on eisy. Yes, including X10.
September 22, 2025 @ 7:18 am
Hi Michael,
Yes, it should work on both Windows 10/11.

Please keep the ability to manage Z-Wave lock users that is currently ONLY in the Java console and not in the mobile app I submitted an issue about the lack of mobile support years ago.

I have never had an upgrade where there was nothing to do, nothing to see, and nothing to fix. My OS was 14.x and selected the upgrade button in the config. I was unsure it was doing anything and had walked away. In the JAVA console saw it was 6. Google AI let me kow how to get into the EISY and it was all there. Very nice.

Thank you!

Steven, we are working on it.

Will EISY with ZWave/Zigbee Module work with BrulTech ECM-1240?
October 8, 2025 @ 8:03 am
Hi Chris, no. Brultech uses its own proprietary protocol over Zigbee.
